Postage and Packing

UK mainland orders will normally arrive within two working days. Email sales@idealinnovations.co.uk if you have not received your order after five working days.

Please Note Working days are Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1730. They do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays. Orders made outside these periods will be processed on the next working day.

VAT Receipt

Every time you order from idealinnovations.co.uk you will be sent an order confirmation email direct to your mail box. This happens once we have received your order.  This email acts as your VAT Receipt

Returns

To return an item to us, you must follow these procedures:

1) Email us at sales@idealinnovations.co.uk stating clearly which item you wish to return, and why.

2) We will then send you further instruction on where to return your item.

Returns Policy

Seven day money back guarantee
The company's seven day money back guarantee is subject to the following conditions (i) It will only apply if the customer has given written or E-Mail notice of intention to the company within seven days from date of Delivery. A refund will only occur once the company is satisfied the goods are in the same condition as sold (sealed, undamaged, unused and unregistered).

Other returns

If our seven-day money back guarentee does not apply, the customer shall not return any goods without the company's written consent. If the company at its discretion gives consent, it reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% + VAT of the price of the goods in question, or £20 + VAT, whichever the greater.

Secure Systems
We use WorldPay Secure Ordering Systems to process credit card payments from customers. We do not store any credit card information on our systems or at our premises.

How secure is WorldPay?
WorldPay uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk. WorldPay systems have evolved over many years and throughout its history, the organisation has continuously sought and gained bank approval for its systems.

If I key my debit card details at home or in the office, surely they are not encrypted until after they arrive at the WorldPay system?
Using industry standard SSL, Thawte and WorldPay unique encryption systems, this is not actually the case. When the you fill in the payment form then click the submit button, your details are not sent straight away. What actually happens is that a secure link is set up between your browser and WorldPay and an encryption code is requested and received, which then wraps the order and transaction details before leaving the your premises.

What level of encryption do you have on the WorldPay server?
WorldPay uses Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. At the browser 128 Bit SSL is used to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event it is intercepted by someone else.

Literally millions of pounds in credit card transactions are processed on the Internet each day. Because of sophisticated encryption and security measures built into secure sites on the Internet, the chances that your credit card information will be used fraudulently are less than winning the lottery (which is pretty unlikely anyway!).

The padlock or key symbol in the status bar of your browser indicates that you are in a secure area and all information provided in this area is encrypted and protected.

All prices are in pound sterling, and payment is by credit card only. When you buy online from us, the information that you supply will be kept confidential and secure.

  • Exploits historical record of transactions, running into the tens of millions, to make itself stronger and smarter all the time,
